What does the free trial include?
It runs the Professional plan with full AI on for 14 days, no credit card. You get transcripts, sentiment, and summaries written to native objects from your first call.
What do I need to get started?
A Salesforce org and a Twilio account. Install WorkDial from the AppExchange, connect your Twilio, and calls begin writing to Call__c right away.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are placing calls the same day. Because everything is native, there is no external database to provision and no sync to configure.
Where does my call data live?
Inside your Salesforce. Every call is written as Call__c, with the recording, transcript, and sentiment attached as native objects. WorkDial operates no external customer data store. More on why call data belongs in Salesforce as native objects.
Is anything stored outside Salesforce?
Only the telephony transport sits outside your org, and it carries the call without storing it. Recordings stay in your Salesforce or your own connected storage.
How is this different from a synced integration?
A bolt-on dialer keeps the source of truth in its own database and mirrors a copy into Salesforce. WorkDial writes the native record directly. There is no mirror to reconcile and no export step. We break down the architectural difference between native and integrated CTI in detail.
Where do the AI outputs go?
Onto the record as native fields. Transcripts are Transcript__c and sentiment is Sentiment__c, both attached to Call__c the moment the call ends.
Can I report on sentiment?
Yes. Because sentiment is a field on the record, it works in standard reports, list views, and flows, with no export step.
Which plan turns on full analysis?
Transcripts ship at Core. Sentiment and summaries (the full analysis) start at Professional, which the 14-day trial runs with full AI on.
What does telephony cost?
You bring your own Twilio account and pay carrier rates directly. WorkDial adds no markup on telephony. See how bring-your-own Twilio keeps you owning the minutes and recordings.
Does WhatsApp voice cost extra?
Voice and WhatsApp voice run through one layer inside Salesforce. The per-minute charges are whatever your carrier bills. There is no WorkDial surcharge.
How does monthly billing compare to annual?
Annual is the headline price. Monthly billing is 22% higher: 34, 72, and 121 per user per month for Core, Professional, and Enterprise.
How are permissions handled?
By Salesforce. Sharing rules and field-level security already govern the data. There is no second permission model to maintain.
Do you support SSO and provisioning?
SSO, provisioning, SLAs, and onboarding are available on Enterprise, alongside higher AI analysis volume.
Where are recordings stored?
In your Salesforce or your own connected storage as Recording__c. They never pass through an external WorkDial data store.
