Voice, WhatsApp voice, and AI inside Salesforce

The Salesforce dialer with
AI call analysis built in.

Every call and every transcript becomes a Salesforce record the instant it happens. Reps dial from the record. Managers report from the record itself, not a second tool.

Common question

What is WorkDial?

WorkDial is a Salesforce-native CTI platform. It places calls and WhatsApp voice, then writes every call, recording, transcript, and sentiment score straight to native objects like Call__c. There is no second system of record: nothing syncs in, nothing to reconcile. Other tools connect to Salesforce. WorkDial runs inside it.

01A pipeline you can trust

A pipeline you can trust, because every call logs itself.

Calls write to native Salesforce objects in real time, nothing to sync or reconcile. Your reports show what happened, not what got typed.

03Who owns the data

Your conversations live in your Salesforce, and you own them.

Recordings go where you choose, including as native Salesforce Files in your own org. WorkDial keeps no copy of its own. One vendor perimeter, the security model you already run.

What you can report on

Every call is activity you can report on in Salesforce.

Call volume, outcomes, talk time, and sentiment land on native records, so they reach a Salesforce dashboard without a sync.

FAQ

Answers, by topic.

How is WorkDial different from a synced integration?
Every other tool runs a second system of record: the call lives in the vendor cloud and Salesforce gets a copy. WorkDial writes the call as a native Call__c record directly. There is no copy to sync and nothing to reconcile.
Where does my call data live?
Your records live in your Salesforce as native objects: every call is a Call__c with the transcript and sentiment attached. You choose where the recording audio lives, including as Salesforce Files in your own org, your own Twilio, or your own storage. WorkDial operates no external customer data store of its own.
Who is WorkDial not for?
WorkDial does not connect to non-Salesforce CRMs, it is not a standalone phone system, and it does not replace a 500-seat contact center. It is for Salesforce-first teams of 20 to 250 employees that want voice and AI in the org they already run.
Is AI an extra charge?
No. AI call analysis is in the seat, not a separate invoice. Transcripts ship at Core; sentiment and summaries (the full analysis) start at Professional, which the trial runs with full AI on.
What does the trial include?
It runs the Professional plan with full AI on for 14 days, no credit card. Transcripts, sentiment, and summaries write to native objects from your first call.
What does telephony cost?
You bring your own Twilio account and pay carrier rates directly. WorkDial adds zero markup on telephony, and there is no seat minimum.
How long does setup take?
Most teams place calls the same day. Install from the AppExchange, connect your Twilio, and calls begin writing to Call__c right away.
How are permissions handled?
By Salesforce. Sharing rules and field-level security already govern the data. There is no second permission model to maintain.
